Home Sweet Home: The Story of Ava's Cupcakes

Cupcakes, cupcakes and all sorts of cupcakes! Come hear the success story of Ava’s Cupcakes at the Lewisville Branch on Tuesday, July 26 at 11 a.m. Owner Michelle Spell will share the story of her passion for baking and how she came to start her business in New Jersey in 2011, her first North Carolina location in Clemmons in 2018, and her Winston-Salem location in 2019. Ava’s cupcakes gained national recognition in 2012 after winning a Food Network competition where it was voted as one of the best cupcakes in America by “The Daily Meal,” as well as featured on “NBC’s today” show and in “The Wall Street Journal,” “Bake,” and more. Registration is recommended if you would like to be sent a reminder. You won’t want to miss this first in the series of three "Home Sweet Home" stories. Registration is recommended.
