Aging Well:  A Matter of Balance Series – Information Session

Would you like to learn ways to improve your balance? Join us at the Lewisville Branch on Monday, Oct. 10 at 1 p.m. for an information session where you can learn about the upcoming program series “Aging Well: A Matter of Balance Series.” The eight-week program will be on Mondays beginning Oct. 24 and ending Dec. 12. All sessions will be from 1 – 3 p.m. Class size for the series will be limited to 12 participants. Participants will exercise during class.
