Aging Well: A Matter of Balance Series
Would you like to learn ways to improve your balance? Join us for an eight-week, cumulative series to be held on Mondays beginning Oct. 24 and ending Dec. 12. All sessions will be from 1 – 3 p.m. Class size for the series will be limited to 15 participants. Instructors from the
Area Agency on Aging, a division of the Piedmont Triad Regional Council, will talk about ways to improve balance, specific exercises for all levels of ability, environmental hazards, and more. Participants will exercise during class.
