Spooky Photo Booth
Oct. 3 - 31
Drop by the Lewisville Branch Library to take a photo with our spooky photo booth. Props will be provided. Costumes are welcome!

Friday Family Film: "Ghostbusters: Afterlife"
Friday, Oct. 14 at 3:30 p.m.
Lewisville Branch Auditorium
Join us for our Friday Family Film as we'll be showing "Ghostbusters: Afterlife" in honor of Halloween. From director Jason Reitman and producer Ivan Reitman comes the next chapter in the original Ghostbusters universe. In Ghostbusters: Afterlife, when a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind. The film is written by Gil Kenan & Jason Reitman. Produced by Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc. Starring Finn Wolfhard, Sigourney Weaver, Mckenna Grace, and Bill Murray. (PG-13)

LEGO Fall Carnival/Festival Competition
Oct. 17-29: Entries Due at the library
Nov. 1 - 26: Voting
Wednesday, Nov. 30: Winners Announced
Build a LEGO Fall Carnival, Festival, or Halloween scene and share it with our community. Your creation can be a replica of your favorite event or you can build something completely from your imagination.  All ages can participate. There will be a first, second, and third-place winner. The winners will be announced on Wednesday, Nov. 30, and will receive a small prize. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Lewisville Library.

Crafts-to-Go: Halloween Magnets
Oct. 24-28 (while supplies last)
Pick up a kit to create a Halloween magnet from the Lewisville Branch. Available while supplies last. Sponsored by the Friends of the Lewisville Library.
