Plant. Grow. Cook. Sweet Potatoes - North Carolina's "Dirt Candy"

It's sweet potato season, so don't miss this opportunity to learn more about how to enjoy nature's "dirt candy".

Join NC Cooperative Extension Forsyth County Center in this one day, online workshop on SWEET POTATOES. This workshop presented by Celine Richard, Horticulture Agent and Virginia C. Lopez, Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, will provide educational information on how to plant, grow, harvest, & store sweet potatoes. But, that's not all! We will also share the nutritional facts and benefits sweet potatoes provide, as well as demonstrate a couple of delicious sweet potato recipes other than your usual sweet potato fries or casseroles. Yummy! We can't wait to see you then!!!

Registration is required. If you are unable to attend the live online workshop, you can still register and the recording with resources will be sent to you via email.
