The "Magic" of Watercolors (for beginners)

Join us on Thursday, June 29 at 2 p.m. as local artist Patty Donoghue teaches watercolor painting for beginners. This class will include both instruction and hands-on practice. Donoghue’s goal is for participants to gain interest and confidence in exploring their own art journey while learning several watercolor techniques. An illustrator and fine-art artist, as well as a licensed occupational therapist by trade for many years, Donoghue is mindful of the therapeutic benefits of creating art for reducing stress and anxiety. Supplies will be provided. Registration is required as supplies are limited to 12 participants. Registration opens on Thursday, June 22 at 9 a.m. To register or for more information, call the Lewisville Branch at 336-703-2940.
