From Word to Image: Writing Vivid Fiction, Memoir and Poetry

Join us for a writing workshop presented by Triad author and poet Diana Engel. Author of "Excavating Light," Engel says, "We write to transport our readers into the world of our characters and experiences. Sensory detail is the door into your story, memoir or poem, bringing your writing to life!" In this workshop Engel will discuss how to create writing that sings or sizzles, wails, rants or whispers by using sensory images. This workshop will be offered at two different locations. See below for details. Adults 18 and older. Registration is required.
