Healthy Cooking for Teens - January

Second and fourth Tuesdays
5-6:30 p.m.
Central Library Kitchen

Hey teens! Do you want to learn how to do more in the kitchen than make microwave popcorn and heat up Hot Pockets? Then join our Healthy Cooking for Teens (Ages 12-18) program, taught by professional chef Floyd Davis.

Upcoming classes:
Tuesday, Jan. 9, 5-6:30 p.m.: Vegetarian Rice Paper Rolls with Peanut Butter Sauce
Tuesday, Jan. 23, 5-6:30 p.m.: Vegetarian Chili

No experience is necessary, but attendees must register in advance and sign a program waiver. If you have allergies or food restrictions, please let us know when you register so we will be able to accommodate you. To register, email Mia Jordan (jordanmc@forsyth.cc).
