NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF COUNTY-OWNED PERSONAL PROPERTY PUBLIC ELECTRONIC AUCTION

Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 160A-270, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners has authorized the County Manager to sell by electronic auction the personal property items identified at www.govdeals.com by searching “Forsyth County, NC” and also listed at www.forsyth.cc and available in the office of the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners.

The auction is scheduled to begin on www.govdeals.com on April 1, 2024 and end on April 15, 2024. Prior to its sale, the property will be stored at 3740 North Liberty Street, Winston-Salem, N.C. Interested parties may schedule an appointment to view the property during the period of March 25, 2024, through April 8, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by contacting Marc Campbell at 336-703-2232.
