Forsyth County to hold First-time Homebuyer Resource Fair

A Homebuyer Resource Fair will be held November 8, 2025, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Forsyth County Central Library Auditorium, 660 W. Fifth Street, in Winston-Salem.

Hosted by the Forsyth County Community and Economic Development Department, this drop-in event brings first-time homebuyers together with local lenders, realtors and community partner organizations. They’ll learn about down payment and closing cost assistance programs along with credit rebuilding, banking, budgeting, student loan help and more.

There is no cost to attend but registration is encouraged at the 2025 Homebuyer Resource Fair webpage
