Not Accepting Donations at the Time

Unfortunately, the Rural Hall Library is unable to accept donations until further notice, due to the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Any donations received in our book drop will be disposed of so please hold on to donations until the library reopens. We appreciate our wonderful community during this difficult time and look forward to the day when we reopen and are able to once again serve our patrons face to face. How to get tax forms and instructions

Finding tax forms and publications may seem difficult, and even more challenging now that the library is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and North Carolina Department of Revenue (NCDOR) are closed to the public. However, there are still easy ways to get tax forms. Here are some options for obtaining IRS federal and North Carolina tax forms and publications.
