Carolinas 5K for Pulmonary Hypertension

Come to Tanglewood Park on Sunday, May 17th, to help raise research funds to find a cure for Pulmonary Hypertension. PH is a rare blood vessel disorder of the lung in which the pressure in the pulmonary artery (the blood vessel that leads from the heart to the lungs) rises above normal levels and may become life threatening.

The 2009 Carolinas 5K Run/Walk for Pulmonary Hypertension will begin at noon at Tanglewood Park with registration opening at 10:00 am. The cost to walk is $20 for adults and $10 for students.
