You can still have the same amazing services from your library in the comfort of your home. Not only can you check out ebooks, eaudiobooks and emagazines, but you can also get free access to tools that will help you learn a new language, polish your resume, get help with homework and more. You can find it all in our virtual library.

Here are just a few examples of the services you can access from home by using our website.

Libby by Overdrive and the North Carolina Digital Library
Using the North Carolina Digital Library and Libby by Overdrive, you can find and check out ebooks, eaudiobooks, emagazines and videos using your library card from any device.

You can also access ematerials just for kids by using the NC Kids Digital Library.

TumbleBook Library
The TumbleBook Library has the best collection of books, games and puzzles for kids and teens. You can view storybooks, read-alongs, ebooks, graphic novels, videos, languages learning videos, playlists, puzzles, and games.

Freegal
All library card holders can download five songs per week for free.

RBdigital
RBdigital has a vast collection of ebooks, eaudiobooks and emagazines.

Heritage Quest
Start strong with your genealogical research using Heritage Quest, a treasury of unique primary sources, local and family histories, and finding aids. Includes historical census, PERSI, Revolutionary War records, and more.

Mango Languages
