Low-Cost Clinic for Rabies Vaccines at FCAC Saturday,October 14

A low cost rabies vaccination clinic is being held at the Forsyth County Animal Shelter on Saturday, October 14. One (1) year vaccinations will be available, $5 per vaccine. Only cash transactions accepted. Dogs, cats and ferrets only. Dogs must be leashed. Cats and ferrets must be in carriers. Pets must be at least 3 months of age.

FREE Basic CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) Training Course offered in Winston-Salem

The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Office of Emergency Management is offering the Basic CERT course on October 13-15, 2017 from 8:00am- 5:00pm all three days at the Little Creek Neighborhood Center located at 610 Foxcroft Drive in Winston-Salem.

Sheriff's Office K-9 unit receives dog food donation

Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office were presented with 22 bags of dog food for the K-9 Unit. The donation was made possible by Old Nick Williams Company Farm and Distillery’s Grand Opening fundraising event.
