June Reading Challenge

FCPL’s Summer Reading program starts this month and this year’s theme is “A Universe of Stories.” No matter what your age, the library opens up the universe to you with stories and information. Our online catalog is an easy way to find exactly what you are looking for. I want you to give exploring the library’s catalog a try this month. June’s reading challenge is to find and read a book published the year you were born. Feel free to ask your librarian for title suggestions or even for a basic tutorial on using our online catalog.

I hope you accept the FCPL June Reading Challenge and encourage your family and friends to try it too. Please let me know how it goes and if you get a chance, send me an email (fcpl.eg.requests@gmail.com) with the title of the book you read. (And don’t forget, you can suspend your holds while you are on vacation and not lose your place in line.)

Happy Reading!
