Families, dress up and drop in at Southside's free community Howl-oween Party from 1-3 pm on Saturday, October 28th. Enjoy cat-themed crafts, the musical CATS, and a chance to meet Disney's heroine Belle in cat ears for a free photo op.

Friends of the Library Booksale at Rural Hall

Friends of the Library will be holding their Fall 2017 Book Sale November 2-4, in the Auditorium. Book donations are welcome. In addition to the large variety of items for sale, there will be an opportunity to join and learn more about how the Friends support the Library year round.

Healthy Living: Recipe Rewind

Katie Jordanhazy, Registered Dietitian, with Novant Health, will teach about healthy eating. Learn all about how to make unhealthy recipes healthy, as well as tasty. Spooktacular Halloween Blood Drive at Lewisville Branch Oct. 31st 11 am to 3:30 pm

We want to suck your blood! Or at least, the American Red Cross does. Ghouls, goblins, and other monsters with human blood are invited to donate blood to the American Red Cross at the Lewisville Branch Library on Tuesday, October 31st from 11 am - 3:30 pm. Save a human this Halloween and donate. Appointments are preferred. Please call us at 336-703-2940 to make an appointment. Appointments are in 15-minute increments. Walk-ins also welcome.
